Belief isn't required for these techniques to work. If you follow the steps, it just works. When you combine thought, feeling, visualization and physical action the body has no choice but to respond. It's the way we are wired. We are designed to function this way.
Think of our bodies as being run by a computer. We are basically finding the relevant code, pulling it out, reprogramming it and putting it back in the body. More like the Matrix than people realize.
Our nervous systems are connected to mind, body, emotions and spirit, but they all communicate using different protocols or languages. Just like a car however, we don't need to know how to wire the electrical system or rebuild the engine to operate the car.
These techniques teach us how to drive the car.
I'm going to really get into the fine details in a bit for those who want to understand the underlying principles, but if you want to just get to the techniques, you will find them further down the page. I will also be turning these techniques into helpful videos that let you see exactly what I’m talking about and can be used as a guide. When I post those videos to my YouTube channel I will embed them here as well, so check back soon.
Here we go, down the rabbit hole
The unconscious mind always answers first
The unconscious mind always answers honestly
It always feels like you're making it up
You always want to edit what just came up
The answer is rarely loud
The answers are rarely linear, in other words, feelings you think are connected, are almost always connect to something completely different.
Another element to healing trauma is to understand that forgiveness is a feeling (for others or yourself). Many people can't achieve forgiveness until they reach acceptance, then we can find the trauma, acknowledge the anger and then resolve the anger.
We will mainly be using the Proprioceptive Nervous System
It Monitors time and space, inside and outside of your body
It is a Division of your neurology that is mostly pre conscious
It Monitors & processes 6 different channels of pre-conscious information as well as some conscious information
Anything it senses creates a feeling, it is usually transmitted to the unconscious mind. Rarely, it is also transmitted to the conscious mind. The more you practice these techniques the more you can receive the information consciously.
Once the feeling is generated, it can trigger a visual, or a taste, or a smell.
Your Proprioceptive nervous system interprets electromagnetic fields as a solid The multiple channels of information I mentioned are:
The heart
The heart sends more information to the brain, than the brain sends to the heart
In 1991 scientists discovered the heart has 40,000 neurons identical to the brain but is not separated into half's like the brain
The heart brain stores mostly emotions with related events
The heart radiates an electro magnetic field 8 feet in diameter
By the way, this is a field that scientists can measure with instruments. If you want to learn more about the science check out the Heart Math institute
This is why heart mind & brain coherence is so powerful, but coherence is a big topic and a subject for a separate video.
Another channel is How your body is moving
Internal Sensations (pain)
External movement - changes in objects positions relative to each other (part of spatial reasoning)
EMF (electromagnetic fields)
It detects these things subconsciously well before it reaches conscious awareness if it reaches conscious awareness at all.
To access these pathways to effect healing, we need to create an interface to effect changes in these neurological pathways. That's how & why this system works
The reason the steps include elements of testing responses and modulating the effect is to sensitize or warm up the neurology. If you're like me and want to get into the weeds doing research, this uses a process of visualization, subconscious and somatic linking.
Somatic means: Relating to the body, especially as distinct from the mind, so you're creating a specific link between the feeling, the mind and the body. This is a somatic link.
Another very important thing to know, is 80% of all chronic pain is memory based
If the pain spinning technique doesn't fully resolve the pain when a physical injury is not involved, try the magic frame technique instead, which I cover further down the page.
We have have two categories of feelings in the body.
Feelings we want more of
Feelings we want less of
These two categories are responsible for our subconscious responses to life events
The majority of these responses are programmed before we reach 8 years old, but major trauma can and will program these responses throughout our lives.
How we perceive events and life in general is filtered through this subconscious programming
This can be extremely difficult to reprogram without the right techniques. Regular therapy can be helpful but takes a lot of time and usually a lot of money, and rarely has results, as effective and permanent as these principles and techniques.
Substances or medications only mask the problems.
I believe these are the fastest and most powerful techniques currently known, short of direct divine healing
For those who hope for direct healing, from a divine source, I want to point out that Jesus himself taught us (see the story of Lazarus) that he expects us to do all we can do, before he'll do what only he can do. God usually sends other people to help us, or directs us to knowledge to heal ourselves.
I found the Carnivore diet as an immediate and direct result of prayer. I was led to find that knowledge. I believe I was also led to find this knowledge.
Some people will physically see what we are visualizing, most do not. Just imagine as if you really see it, your subconscious will give you those first impressions and is always truthful. Your body knows this, which is why this works even if you're only imagining it and not physically seeing it.
I used the spinning technique (shown below) very successfully when I was getting off of morphine and had to make long medical trips for treatment. After the first couple of hours we had to pull over so I could run this technique on my lower back. I did initially use cannabis for the pain but found this worked better. The only downside was that because I had physical damage generating the pain, the relief was temporary. This meant we had to stop fairly often to allow me to do this, but it worked. If you're dealing with pain that results from unresolved emotional trauma, there is a different way of handling that which I will cover in the techniques section.
It has been confirmed that many diseases that don't respond to other methods of treatment or diet, are often caused by unresolved emotional trauma. Resolve the trauma, you resolve the disease. This has even been shown to work with cancer. As carnivores we understand the role diet plays in disease, obesity and chronic illness. When we have issues that aren't responding to the carnivore diet there is likely an unresolved trauma at the root of it. These techniques are very powerful and can be used along side heart mind / brain coherence to powerful effect.

Here is the Pain Spinning technique for Rapidly relieving physical pain
Do some deep, slow breathing to help you relax and feel safe
When you're ready, and only when you're ready
Touch or point to the place in the body where the pain lives.
Go with your first impression, sometimes where we feel the pain, isn't the real source of the pain. This first impression is the most accurate.
Notice there is a colour connected to that feeling, what is it - first impression
Reach in and pull all that colour out and hold it in your hands, keep digging until you know you've got it all, it likes to hide.
When you have it all gathered into your hands, notice if the colour has changed, did it get lighter or darker or stay the same
Form it into a ball and notice it is spinning, what direction is it spinning - first impression
As you reach up with your hands and touch it, notice it flattens into a rotating disk
Grab that disc and flip it so the direction of spin is now reversed, notice how the feeling changes
Now, using your hands on the edges, increase the speed of rotation, now double it
Double it again
Keep doubling it until it can't get any better, until you know it's gone forever and can never come back, then grab that disk and slam it back to where you originally took it from and notice how you feel.
Test it, try and bring the pain back and notice what happens instead.
Take a few slow, deep breaths and relax
Notice how different you feel
Choose a feeling from a trauma you want to change. Don't try to start with the biggest or most painful trauma or feelings. Start with the smallest ones first, so you can build a foundation of success and confidence.
Here are the Steps for Addressing emotional issues (The Magic Frame)
Spend a few moments of deep, slow breathing to feel relaxed and safe
Having chosen something you want to change Think of the reason you want to change it
There's a feeling connected to that reason
When you're ready, and only when you're ready
Identify where you feel that reason in the body (first impression) and touch it, hold your hand there
Imagine, floating in the space around you is a picture, that represents that feeling, and point to it with your other hand
Using both hands trace the outline of that picture to establish position and size
Grab the edges of the picture and to verify we have the right picture, pull it outwards to make it larger and notice what happens
Does it get stronger or weaker
Pull it closer to the body and notice what happens
Does it get stronger or weaker
Return it to its original size and position
Take your hands and paint a big black frame around the picture turning it into an old fashioned TV but with a touch screen.
Feel along the bottom.
Notice there are adjustment knobs for power, volume and brightness
Turn the brightness knob all the way up to white and notice what happens to the feeling
Now turn the knob all the way down to black and notice the difference in how you feel
Which one did you like better
Turn the knob to the maximum in the direction that makes you feels better
Using your dominant finger, reach out to the scrolling touch screen, use your finger like a stylus and begin writing everything this experience had to teach you, so you can keep the lessons, and let go of the rest.
Keep writing, the screen will automatically scroll, so make sure to keep writing until you have it all written out.
You may notice as you continue to write, that feelings, emotions and sensations come up, this is normal. It's just your neurology resetting itself
You don't need to know exactly what you're writing, Your body knows what it means.
If it comes up, put it on the screen, until there's nothing left to write
Keep going until you know it's done
The human system is made to move energy through it, it's designed for expression.
Any channel that allows expression to occur is inherently therapeutic, even if what comes out at the conscious level seems like nonsense or gibberish.
You may have all kinds of weird physical reactions, this is normal, just keep going.
When you know your done, reach up and grip the frame and shrink the TV down to the size of a postage stamp
Crumple it up and throw it behind your head hard enough to drive into the wall behind you like a nail gun (imagine you hear the bang as it hits home) There it will remain for all time.
When you know it's nailed there forever, Test it
Try to bring the feeling back but notice what happens instead.
What did you notice?
If you noticed it moved to a different spot, it's a new but related feeling. You can deal with that separately later, with a new session. This is how we can heal everything, one step at a time.
Take a few beep breaths and relax, your done for the moment
Remember, Don't try to start with the biggest or most painful trauma or feelings. Start with the smallest ones first so you can build a foundation of success and confidence.
It can take minutes, hours or days for your body to fully process the changes you just imposed on your neurology. It is normal to feel out of sorts for a few hours or days. Many times you'll feel fantastic right away. Everyone is different. The larger the trauma you're dealing with the larger and longer these reactions can be.
Magic frame pain relief is almost identical to the last magic frame technique
Do some deep, slow breathing to help you relax and feel safe
Physical pain has two parts
The pain symptom itself and the reason that feeling of pain is there.
There is a feeling connected to that reason.
