Followers of the carnivore or strict keto diet have much less need for vitamins. Many vitamins are only needed in large quantities to help repair damage done by foods we shouldn't eat. If eating a proper diet the selection and quality of vitamins found in red meat are all most people need. That said, we do need minerals for our bodies to function properly.
Most of these minerals and sodium can be found in a good mineral rich sea salt like Baja Gold, Redmon's Real Salt or genuine Himalayan salt. Beware of modern sea salt extracted from ocean water as it usually contains microplastics. Baja Gold is an exception to this due to the protected nature of where it is harvested. It is also regularly tested for microplastic contamination and no measurable amounts have ever been found.
